Change Address:
Explain policy → collect address for next order → create ADR ticket

Damage/Leak/Wrong:
Ask issue type → ask image/video/bill/order screenshot → create ticket

Return/Refund:
Show orders → select order → ask reason or support if pending

Need Help:
Ask issue details → create ticket
